来一点豆浆油条吧！

This was one of my favorite supper after clubbing when I was in the early 20s 😂. You know there was this famous one at that one street in Singapore? Not sure whether it’s still there 😆

So happy to see @alleyweisg in @northpointsg . More options means our stomach are happy 😋.

The 油条 is fluffy fluffy, and the soup base for the beef noodle is tasty. 锅贴 is to my liking especially with the vinegar. The only item that we properly won’t order again is the scallion pancake as we find it a little hard and not enough scallion 香味 😅

Using @thelaughingcow_sg easy spreadable cream cheese, this Cream Cheese Avocado French Toast is so easy and it’s a great energy boost for the day. Sparkle some cinnamon powder mix with a little raw sugar ... 👍

Was our first to this cafe but the kids’ second visit (lucky kids!). Friendly staff and tasty food, and a rather accessible cafe in Yishun.

Love the collagen chicken stew with the baguette 😍 and hub said his beef cheek stew is delicious too. And if the man said that he will order it again the next round, you know the food pass his picky standard 🤪

Oh yes, the truffle fries is 👍 too!

I must try their coffee and cakes the next visit! 😁

#throwback to our lunch date

Wanted to have our lunch in one of the cafe but staff were too busy to clear the tables 😓

So we left the cafe and went to @yoshinoyasg .

Our Japan trip memories came back to us. I tell you, one of our most economical yet delicious meal in Tokyo was in Yoshinoya restaurant. We sat at the conveyer belt seats and the hot plate of meat and rice was served to us on the belt. It was a totally different experience for a “quick serve” eatery as compared to Singapore. And that was more than 10 years ago 😱😱

Back to this Yoshinoya lunch, the cafe style restaurant in Wisteria Mall is cosy. The food is great, better than my previous experiences in other outlets. The chicken cutlet is not dry in the inside, in fact it’s really not bad!

If you are someone who can’t resist fried and “heaty” stuff and late nights, this is a good and easy soup to help cool down your body “heatiness”.

Only 2 ingredients - a bunch of watercress and 5 honey dates. And of cos water. 😄 Swipe left for the short video!

I use electric cooker which has pre-set menu that slow boil the soup for 3.5 hours. You can also cook this over the stove for about 1.5-2 hours.

No need meat! No need extra seasoning as the honey dates give sweetness to the soup. We call it 甜汤 in mandarin. Easy peasy :)

Remember to add watercress only when the water is boiling. If they are added into cold water, the soup will become bitter. 记住了哦！

It’s been a long while since we have Hi-tea date and here we are at @jumboseafoodsg dim sum afternoon tea.

I prefer savory than sweets and this dim sum afternoon tea set is definitely a good choice for me! The chilli crab puff and the fried chicken & shrimp puffs are superb! 👍 We wanted to order more chilli crab buns/puff but it’s sold out by the time we wanted to make an ala carte order 🥲

Nice place to view the cars zoom past while we enjoy the afternoon tea. *relax mood*

My kids have a strange relationship with tomatoes. They LOVE pasta in tomato-based sauce but when it comes to tomatoes slices in sandwiches or hamburgers, it will be 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

This pasta salad is a genius because I can hide whatever that they do not like, and they will still end up asking for more 😜

Because of my sensitive skin, it’s hard to find a cleanser that’s suitable for my skin. Who else feels me? ☹️

Was at Watsons checking out cleansers that’s suitable for me and saw Ceradan Gentle Cleanser. Decided to try it since it’s having a 50% off promotion!

The cleanser is non-foaming (swipe left for the video) and to be honest, I was worried that it’s another wrong purchase. However after trying for a few washes, I am starting to like this cleanser as it leaves my skin feeling clean yet not dry. My skin doesn’t feel tight after wash and there’s no sticky-after feeling.
